Housing Repairs Manager in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

TemporaryOur client is recruiting for a Housing Repairs Manager to work for them on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established company with a large housing stock in the Milton Keynes area.
Duties to include:
- Managing all repairs and maintenance work to the housing stock.
- Ensuring the work is completed to the required standards.
- Managing the supervisors and trades accordingly.
- Dealing with any issues / complaints appropriately.
You will have:
- Experience of housing maintenance and repairs.
- Experience of managing all trades.
- The ability to prioritise workload.
This will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
