Location: Remote working from home
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £22, 310 per annum + Commission ( OTE £30k - £36k ++ uncapped commission ) + Benefits package. 37.5 hours per week.
To achieve competitive and acceptable purchase offers for customers through effective negotiation with both buyers and sellers.
Primary Responsibilities
Negotiating property sales with buyers and sellers
Upselling products and services
Delivering outstanding customer service through consultative sales
Build rapport quickly and confidently seek to understand each customer's needs
Skills and Experience
Consultative sales and negotiation - evaluation of need, spotting opportunities, selling of products and services.
Customer-centric with intuitive sales approach.
Ideally a background in property. Strong communication and customer service.
Persuasive with great rapport.
Admin - organised, accurate and responsible. Able to deal with compliance.
Competent in using IT equipment / CRM.

Inquisitive and friendly - build rapport quickly with customers.
Self-motivated and target driven.
Confident and competitive but not over played.
