Technical Trainer
Gatwick Airport
Paying up to £55p/h Umbrella (DOE)

ARM has partnered with a large Aerospace client who is looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to work on a 6-month contract based out of Gatwick Airport. As The Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for organizing and developing training courses, preparing paperwork, and delivering training.

Responsibilities:
* The delivery of all technical training of Part 145 to staff.
* All technical training associated with desired business needs.
* Continuation Training to include HF, FTS and EWIS theoretical and practical training.
* Prepare technical training and continue to improve our current courses.
* Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)
* Extensive ability to develop and deliver training material using various methods i.e. (classroom-based, eLearning, Virtual etc.)

Experience required:
* Hold UK/EASA Part 66 Licence / Aerospace Engineering degree or have experience in aircraft technical training.
* Must be conversant with EASA regulations.
* Must have experience in aircraft engineering or working within an MRO environment.
* Hold an appropriate professionally recognized training certificate
* Clear communication skills both oral and written.
