About Marika

I have been working in recruitment since 2021 with over 3 years of experience working across various engineering industries. I now work within the rail and infrastructure team at ARM having joined in September 2024. I am responsible for sourcing candidates and building relationships with existing clients across both permanent and contract vacancies.

Three words to describe Marika: Organised, dependable & enthusiastic.

I have young nieces and nephews, so I can often be found babysitting them! I am super social and love spending time with my friends, eating, drinking or playing board games. A fun fact about me is that my grandad’s landlord was once the Queen.
