About Heather

Heather enjoys a challenging career, previously working in HR for Hampshire Constabulary in the Portsmouth area and Portsmouth Football Club before joining the group in 2013.

In 2020 as part of the MBO, Heather became the Chief People Officer and a member of the board.

She currently looks after all things relating to the People Strategy at the Serocor Group. During her tenure, Heather has revamped the group’s ways of working, achieving truly flexible working, redesigned HR reporting, a new culture, EVP and much more.

Outside of her day-to-day role, Heather is a trustee at Aurora New Dawn, a charity giving safety, support, advocacy and empowerment to survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking.

Heather is a chartered member of the CIPD.
