Leon has worked in recruitment for 23 years with the last 20 years spent at ARM. He possesses impressive experience across the technology and engineering sectors and a wide range of disciplines. As ARM’s MD, Leon focuses on ensuring the delivery of solutions for clients’ specific recruitment challenges. During his tenure, Leon has worked with some of the largest companies in the UK, assisting in complex transformation programmes.

The most important aspect of Leon’s role is delivering a quality service to our clients and watching the business relationship develop. He is passionate about great customer service and will always strive to achieve the high standards he expects from his teams.
