About Liam

Liam returned to ARM in January 2023, after a change of environment for nearly 10 years, he felt it was time to come back to us!

He works as a sales manager recruiting for vacancies in Transport, Infrastructure and Engineering sectors, specifically structural steelwork. His niche market means Liam is focused on growing his team and providing the best service a recruiter can!

His day typically starts with a cup of tea, a quick scan on LinkedIn to keep up with construction news and candidates, fill in jobs in niche markets (structural steelwork and heavy engineering- lifting operations, bridge building)

In his spare time: Liam enjoy lovely walks by the seaside, taking his speedboat out in the summer and in the winter, he spends time maintaining his boat, stripping down and rebuilding engines! He is also a huge Southampton FC fan (very brave man sitting close to Brewer!)
