Assistant Construction Manager in Exeter, Devon

ASSISTANT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RAIL - EXETER/DEVON - 6-MONTH CONTRACT - £250 PER DAY

ARM are currently working with a railway organisation who are responsible for developing, maintaining and running the majority of the railway networks in the UK. They are seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to join the team in Exeter on a contract basis.

To be applicable for this position…

- You will have previous experience in the railway industry.

- You will hold a valid PTS and COSS ticket.

- You will have knowledge of construction risk, risk management and assessment knowledge.

- Project management experience is a desirable.

In this position you will be visiting sites ensuring work packages are being delivered as required and the controls are in place as per the method of working and scope of information.

This position will be based in Exeter and will require travel to different sites as required.

This position will be an initial 6-month contract and will be paying £250 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella company.

You will need to be permanently eligible to work In the UK for this position.
