Automotive Project Manager in Chichester, West Sussex

Project Manager

This is an Inside IR35 contract, running for an initial 12 months.

Hybrid working available - 2 days on-site.

This role is responsible for leading the Bespoke project team, to deliver the project within a set budget and timeframe.

Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day requirements of the project, and ensuring delivery of key tasks.
* Calculating project risks, managing any potential risks and liaising with the wider team to develop contingency plans
* Ensuring quality is upheld and applying new quality techniques if relevant.
* Managing workloads, delegating and managing work loads to ensure the project is completed.
* Applying change control and configuration management processes
* Leading and completing a project review to assess how well the project was managed, and agreeing any follow-on actions required.
* Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed Milestone plans.
* Lead a cradle to grave project.

Requirements.
* University Degree, or qualified by experience.
* Prince2 practitioner.
* Good working knowledge of project management within a Manufacturing environment.
* Establish good working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
* Direct, manage and motivate the project team.
* Background in automotive, aerospace or a luxury environment.
