Business Development Manager in South East England

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SOUTH EAST ENGLAND - PERMANENT - £53,000 - £67,000

ARM are working with an award winning infrastructure client, who are recognised as specialists in their field. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help spread news of their work and bring on new business in the Southeast of England.

About You:
* You will be a proven business development or sales manager, with demonstrable experience of winning work.
* You will have experience within the fields of geotechnical or geoenvironmental or earthwork engineering.
* You will be able to demonstrate that you are driven and hit financial and other sales targets.
* You will also need to be able to drive for this position also.

What you will be doing:
You role will be developing new business, engaging with lapsed and looking to get more from existing clients. With strategic oversight of the Commercial Director, you will foster relationships and create a business development plan that you will look to deliver on.

This position will be based from one of the offices in the South East. These are in Essex, Kent or Surrey currently and you will find yourself visiting clients in their own offices too.

What you can expect in return:
The salary guidance on this position is between £53,000 and £67,000 per annum. Travel will be covered also. Benefits for the company include generous pension, annual leave and much more.
