Maintenance Technician in Leyton, London

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to work for our client at a static site in the Leyton area. This is an ongoing temp role to carry out PPM work across a large commercial site.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of plumbing, carpentry and painting work within the maintenance sector.
- Knowledge of repair work to water heaters, sinks, taps, valves and waste pipes.
- Legionella testing experience.
- Good maintenance skills

The standard hours of work will be 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity to work for the estates department for a well known organisation.
