M&E Cost Consultant in City of London, London

M&E COST CONSULTANT - LONDON - PERMANENT - £75,000-£90,000 PER ANUM

Advanced Resource Managers are currently working with an independent construction and property consultancy who provide services in a number of sectors including: Commercial buildings, Civils, Residential property and many others. They are seeking an M&E Cost Consultant to join the team based in London on a permanent basis.

About You:
To be applicable for this position…

- You will have previous cost consultant experience.
- You will also have previous consultancy experience.
- You will be educated to degree level within a construction related discipline.
- Strong experience in pre contract, specifically cost planning and procurement, and post contract experience

What you will be doing:
As an M&E Cost consultant you will joining an exciting, vibrant team to help deliver diverse construction projects across the environment.

This position will be based in London and will also offer flexible working arrangements.

What you can expect in return:
This role is a permanent position and will be looking to pay between £75,000-£90,000 per Anum. The team you will be joining a team that is very hard working but also very rewarding, having the chance to take part in social networking events and company social and sporting events.

You will need to be permanently eligible to work in the UK for this position.
