We are looking for an Operational Analyst Lead to join us and work as part of a larger team of 30 employees and Concept Engineers who conduct capability and effectiveness analysis in support of international aerospace research & technology, concept definition, product development and marketing as part of a multi-disciplinary STEM team.

What you'll be doing -
Liaising with our national and international customers to understand their operations and how they will use our future products and services.
Working with the wider Future Combat Air System team, national and international partners to define studies to quantify relevant measures of effectiveness.
Lead development teams devising methods and tools used in the conduct these studies
Leading the analysis of study output and presenting the results to inform the development and design of our products and services

Your skills and experiences -
A Degree in STEM subject, or the equivalent experience
Systems Engineering background, analysis of the systems & simulation
Good standard of mathematical ability
The ability to manage a small teams on method development and/or study execution and the ability to plan and implement method development and/or analytical studies in support of effectiveness assessments
An ability to apply critical thinking and take an analytical approach to complex problems
An ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex ideas to varying stakeholders
