12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Based around the Stockton-on-Tees area

Offering Circa £40,000

As the Programme Support Manager, you will be representing the Programme Director on-site through the day-to-day management of priorities and hands-on support. You will be ensuring the programme and its projects progress as per the agreed plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Keeping the programme schedule on track
• Maintaining the programme plan and track the status of programme/project deliverables and milestones
• Take ownership of day-to-day priorities and delivery, identify and manage actions
• Be the on-site point of contact representing the programme and Programme Director
• Promote engagement across all stakeholders
• Monitor the status of projects and programme progress, co-ordinate and produce project and programme

Your skillset may include:

• Provision of management support to programme delivery on time and to a high standard.
• Effectiveness of support as the day-day representative of the Programme Director
• Ability to understand, plan and manage near-term programme priorities
• Generation and delivery of all required project and programme metrics/reports to the standard required
• Identification and ownership of improvement opportunities.
• Experience working within the following functional areas would be a distinct advantage: Aircraft operations, Aircraft maintenance, Aircraft engineering, Aviation supply, procurement and logistics practice
